    Responsibilities

    Light Street Solutions is hiring a BCBA to support students in an online school setting, including children from elementary through high school ages. Some students attend classes online while at home with the support of an RBT, other students attend a blended learning center again with RBT support. Experience with training and supervising RBTs is required. Students have diagnoses in the categories of learning disabilities, emotional behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Tasks include conducting FBAs, creating behavior intervention plans and training staff to implement the plans. Supporting students occurs through a combination of in-person visits and online web conferencing/telehealth. Team meetings are done using web conferencing software. Experience in a school setting with a variety of disability categories and positive behavior supports required. 

    Qualifications

     

    Education/Experience:

    • Minimum of a Master’s degree is required
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst required
    • Clinical experience in the field of ABA
    • Experience working in a school setting is required
    • Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance
